And it was particularly convicting to me - God gave me that scripture in 1 Peter a couple days ago concerning my own leadership in our home. So your writings put an exclamation mark on it!

So good Terry! "We are to lead like Jesus led, and we are to be selfless and poured out for those we have the privilege and honor to lead." I love this view of leadership, and while it sounds "softer" than influence, power, grit... it's so much harder to lead from a selfless place and feeling honored that you're entrusted with people to lead vs. operating as though we earned/deserve it. Keep pushing us to Tov!
